Forex Delight — Course Enrollment Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Forex Delight (a trading name of Liwox Group Ltd, the "Provider") and the undersigned student (the "Student") upon enrollment.

1. Service Description
The Provider grants the Student access to educational course materials on multi-timeframe trading concepts, risk management, and Expert Advisor development. This is a self-directed learning product only.

2. No Managed Trading or Signals
The Provider does not trade on the Student's behalf, does not provide live trading signals, does not require access to any brokerage account, and does not receive any share of the Student's trading profits or losses.

3. Risk Disclosure
Forex trading carries substantial risk of loss. Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to trade. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Student Responsibility
Any trading the Student chooses to undertake, on a demo or live account, is done independently and at the Student's own discretion and risk.

5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
